How do I determine the correct handlebar rise for my riding style?
Handlebar rise is largely a matter of personal preference and bike geometry. Generally, a higher rise (40mm-75mm) offers a more upright position for steep technical descents, while a lower rise (15mm-30mm) provides better front-wheel traction for climbing and aggressive cornering.
What is the warranty period on SPANK wheels and components?
We offer a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. Additionally, we provide a 'Crash Replacement' program to support riders who have damaged their gear during high-impact scenarios.
Do you offer international shipping?

Are SPANK rims tubeless ready?
Most of our modern rims feature our patented BeadBite™ technology and are tubeless ready. They typically require SPANK tubeless tape and valves for a secure, airtight setup.
What is your return policy for unused items?
Unused and uninstalled items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please contact our support team to initiate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before shipping your items back.
